Thank god I called this company because I had no toilets on a Sunday. My line was clogged really bad. He was here within an hour of me calling and unclogged my line. His price was reasonable. He is professional and respectful. Honestly I hope I don’t get clogged again but if I do I know I have a company who will come here and do good work any day of the week. Hello.  Justin is very responsive and willing to take the time to understand your issue as well as recommend all options to resolve.   Matt came on-site to perform the drain clean out.  He reviewed their approach, carefully brought in the equipment and did a great job addressing my concerns.   When done they also cleaned the work area.  They arrived on-time and the cost was very reasonable.  I would highly recommend contacting Justin before calling any other service companies.

My kitchen sink was clogged and had a slow drain for awhile. I had called 3 different companies to help fix the issue (I paid for each service just for them to snake it and wasn’t cheap either), only for them to tell me that it was impossible to fix or this requires to breakdown walls & replace pipes etc. which sounds like it would cost me thousands. I was ready to give up and believed this could be more than just a clogged sink. So I had reached out to Reliable Sewer, they ensured me they could get my sink to work again and they fixed it in less than an hour.
